Riverside Arts Market Organizes July Fourth Celebration Capped With Dazzling Fireworks Display Over St. Johns River

Jacksonville, Fla. (June 19, 2025) - The public has an opportunity to enjoy a July Fourth celebration overlooking the St. Johns River and downtown Jacksonville from under the Fuller Warren Bridge. Riverside Arts Market (RAM) will host its July Fourth festivities in the same area it holds its market every Saturday, utilizing the River Stage as the evening’s anchor location.
The July Fourth celebration is free and open to the public and will include local food trucks, many that appear at RAM, as well as beer offerings. The entertainment lineup is as follows:
- 6:15 p.m.: A live show from Michael Chrosniak, the Conjurer of Cheap Tricks, blending close-up and strolling magic tricks with comedy.
- 7:15 p.m.: A pie-eating contest, hosted by Mixed Fillings Pie Shop, will feature five entrants in a kids and adults division, attempting to devour a full pie as quickly as possible. Those interested to enter the competition may do so on site at the July Fourth celebration. Prizes include Mixed Fillings Pie Shop gift cards and RAM tokens that can be redeemed at the market.
- 8:15 p.m.: Live music from The Groove Coalition, a local R&B group specializing in music from the ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s.
- 9 p.m.: A spectacular fireworks display over the St. Johns River, courtesy of the City of Jacksonville.
Parking for the July Fourth celebration will include on-site spaces at 715 Riverside Avenue, as well as public lots and street parking throughout the neighborhood.
RAM will hold its weekly market the next day, Saturday, July 5, featuring more than 150 farmers, artists, makers, and specialty food trucks from around the immediate region, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
