Riverside Chefs Create Custom Dishes Featuring Local Farm Ingredients for National Farmers Market Week

Homespun Kitchen, Pie95 Pizza, Cool Moose Cafe, and 13 Gypsies will offer dishes featuring fresh and local ingredients from Riverside Arts Market farmers, exclusively Aug. 3-9
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Jacksonville, Fla. (July 29, 2025) - To celebrate National Farmers Market Week, Aug. 3-9, Riverside Arts Market (RAM) is partnering with four neighborhood restaurants to create custom dishes featuring fresh and local ingredients from area farmers.
National Farmers Market Week is an annual celebration of farmers markets proclaimed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and coordinated by the Farmers Market Coalition (FMC), a membership-based nonprofit organization that supports farmers markets nationwide through training, technical assistance, and network-building. Each year, FMC’s National Farmers Market Week campaign highlights the vital role farmers markets play within our nation’s local food systems.
To bring the nationwide initiative to a hyper-local level, RAM is proud to partner with Homespun Kitchen, Pie95 Pizza, Cool Moose Cafe, and 13 Gypsies, all locally owned restaurants in the Riverside neighborhood. Each restaurant has produced custom dishes featuring select ingredients sourced from RAM farmers, which will be available to diners Aug. 3-9 during the restaurant’s regular operating hours. The availability of the custom dishes at each restaurant is subject to change, as is the preparation of each custom dish.
