Ever wonder what RAM would be like on a Sunday? Join us today! We are excited to partner with the Children’s Entrepreneur Market - Florida to bring you a collaborative market between our two organizations.
You’ll find some of your favorite RAM vendors and food trucks, and also get to meet dozens of kid entrepreneurs! These youth vendors, age 5-17, will be running their booths independently and are responsible for all aspects of their business- from greeting customers, to handling transactions, and more.
Come check us out under the bridge this today from 10am to 3pm to support local businesses and the next generation of entrepreneurs!

Tomorrow we are hosting an Open Mic for Poetry Day in partnership with @hopeathandinc. We often have authors and occasionally poets as vendors, so now it’s time for them to his the stage! Open Mic will be emceed by Taryn “LoveReigns” Wharwood @iamlovereigns 🎤
For any participating poets, RAM is an all-ages event so themes or poems should be selected with that in mind. The fun begins at 12:30pm and goes to 2:30pm!

Educators from JZG will be sharing biological artifacts of some native species you can find here in Florida as well as promoting the City Nature Challenge, a friendly competition taking place worldwide from April 26th to 29th! Come learn how you can be a community scientist!
Celebrate Earth Day at RAM this Saturday, 4/20/24! 🌎️
This Saturday, we are kickstarting our pilot program alongside @applerabbitcompost. This program will expand Apple Rabbit`s current Compost Program and offer a way for our Farmers to sustainably get rid of any waste they may have at the end of the market. We`re very excited to introduce this and implement it further within the market as we work towards more ways to be more green! 💚♻️
We`ll also have the @jacksonvillezoo Education team onsite to talk about the wonders of our local biodiversity. Farmers Row is always bursting with fresh picks, straight from local farms! Ready to shop like a pro? Here some quick tips and know how`s for you to know before heading out to the market:
🍓 See exactly What`s In Season ahead of time thanks to our good friends over at @edibleneflorida! We partner with them to help get your shopping lists ready before your visit (copies available at RAM while supplies last).
🍏 Are you a SNAP/EBT reciepent? You can DOUBLE your money every Saturday when you stop by our RAM Information Booth. Make your money work for you by extending your shopping power. With @freshaccessbucks we can match up to $40 per visit. Tokens can be used towards fresh produce, prepackaged goods and even take home plants for you to plant at home (tomatoes, herbs, etc).
🍋 Lastly, make sure you arrive early for Farmers Row! RAM opens up at 10a.m. which is when you can get the freshest picks. Don`t miss out on this opportunity to support local farmers and savor the best nature has to offer. See you out there!

Hop on down to the RAM this Saturday, March 30 for our Easter “Egg” Hunt where you can find hundreds of painted rocks done by local artists from the market in hopes of finding that special rock or two! 🐰🐣
All painted rocks will be scattered around the market or within vendor booths so make sure you search low and high. The hunt begins at 10a.m. when the market opens where rocks can be found until they’re all gone!
Come see our friends over at @ciljacksonville and their Abilities in Art - a disABILITY community project where everyone is welcome! This unique event uses wheelchairs to create beautiful works of art. You can bring your own wheelchair or use one of CIL’s.
For over 10 years now, we’ve been able to work alongside CIL Jacksonville and the Abilities in Art program with @preservationjax to help raise awareness of the almost 200,000 people with disabilities who live in our community. Don’t miss out!

Riverside Arts Market Celebrates 15 Years! 🥳
On Saturday, April 6, Riverside Arts Market (RAM) will be celebrating its 15th anniversary! That`s 15 years of celebrating creativity, community, and local flavor here in Jacksonville, FL! Join us for a vibrant showcase of artistry, farm-fresh delights, and a decade and a half of fostering connections.
Come out to learn about the history of RAM from Dr. Wayne Wood and what it was like when RAM was first introduced all while you shop locally. You`ll also be able to dive deep into history as we spotlight 15 makers who have either been at RAM since day one or made an impact of their own. And did we mention dancing? Local silent disco connoisseurs, @hushhushjax, will be out at RAM where you can listen to the top hits of 2009/2010!
This is a tremendous milestone and we`re thrilled to still be here and supporting the local businesses we host every Saturday Under the Bridge. Join us on this day as we celebrate this special day where art meets heart, and every market day is a celebration! 💛

This Saturday is the 10th annual JBA Young Lawyers Chili Cook-Off! 34 teams are putting the finishing touches before bringing out their best chili in hopes of winning this year’s Top Prize - Best Overall, Bragging Rights, and the famed Championship Belt 🏆️

Don’t miss out, head out to RAM and help determine who will win! This year, the cookoff will benefit GameFace 4:13 and the JBA YLS Ribault Future Leaders Program. GameFace 4:13 is a nonprofit organization that uses the game of basketball as a tool to create better outcomes for our local youth.
The JBA YLS Ribault Future Lawyers program has been a staple program of the YLS. This program partners attorneys with students at Ribault High School interested in a career in law. Throughout the school year, students and their mentors meet during lunch to learn the basics of trial practice. The students are given a mock trial packet and learn to analyze the case and practice advocating for the prosecution/plaintiff and defense.

These two gentlemen are the backbone of the work we do every weekend. Frank is our market extraordinaire, who sets up and breaks down the market while Roy, our master sound technician, has the River Stage setup and ready to go for every performance. Both have been a part of the RAM Family since we started 15 years ago, so if you see them while you’re out at the market, give them a shout out 🙌 We couldn’t do RAM without them!
